One connected path to care.
Entity architecture, reusable location pages and measurement connecting discovery to patient actions.
I’m Mitch Miller. I turn complex questions into useful digital experiences—connecting data science, design and engineering with search and growth.
01 / The work atlas
Understand the problem. Connect the people and the data. Build something useful enough to make a difference.
Entity architecture, reusable location pages and measurement connecting discovery to patient actions.
Seasonal demand, international architecture and engineering alignment across the Americas.
Paid and organic search, measurement and cross-functional work for clinical services and MyHealth.
Search-led content, a geographically grounded surf explorer and a repeatable approach to digital growth.
02 / Interactive laboratory
Data, patterns and practical tools. Open a note to see the thinking behind three existing lab experiments.
“surf lessons Waikīkī”
A destination-qualified search expresses interest in that destination even when the searcher is somewhere else. The tool separates current location from the place a person wants to visit.
QUERY → CONTEXT → ORGANIC + LOCAL STRATEGY
Compare raw counts, percentage change and the measurement window. The existing experiment uses SFC’s recorded 5 → 54 Search clicks, with a separate editable demonstration.
Aug 12–Sep 8 vs. Jul 15–Aug 11, 2026. This window precedes the September 10 surf-map launch.
BASELINE → OBSERVED CHANGE → NEXT QUESTION
Follow the relationship between source data, entities, content and measurement. A shared-field demonstration makes the tradeoff between central consistency and local variation tangible.
SOURCE → MODEL → EXPERIENCE → MEASUREMENT
03 / Independent products
Not every useful idea starts with a brief. These independent prototypes explore new audiences, decisions and experiences.
A couples-focused app for the people who already found each other. Shared discovery, date ideas and plans made together.
A domain-intelligence prototype bringing multiple inputs into a more understandable evaluation and decision process.
Inside the work / Case preview
Nine service areas operated like separate web experiences. Location information, templates and paths to care varied by market. A patient could find a facility and still face unnecessary work to act.
Put the entity model before the page template. I drove a location system with SEO, design, analytics, data owners, regional stakeholders and Yext engineering—connecting governed information to reusable experiences.
More than 1,000 location pages connected discovery to calls, directions and appointment pathways. Measurement was part of the requirements, so the product could be assessed through patient actions.
A good template is only as useful as the system beneath it.
